🧥 Arctic Essentials: What to Pack
To fully enjoy the beauty of Lapland, staying warm is key. While many of our tours include heavy outer layers, we recommend dressing in layers to stay comfortable in temperatures that can drop below -20°C.
  1. The Base Layer (Moisture-Wicking): Thermal Underwear (Wool/synthetic) and wool socks.
  2. The Mid Layer (Insulation): Fleece or wool sweaters and outdoor pants.
  3. Accessories: A warm hat, liner gloves (under mittens), and a neck buff or scarf.
  4. Footwear: Sturdy winter boots and polarized sunglasses (especially for spring fishing).
  5. Electronics: Keep cameras and spare batteries close to your body heat!

🛵 Snowmobile Driving Requirements
  • License: Driver must be 16+ with a valid B-class (car), tractor, or snowmobile license.
  • Sober Driving: Strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol.
  • Liability: Deductible (own risk) applies in case of driver-caused damage.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Age & Health Requirements
  • Children: Ages 4–6 typically ride in a guided sled.
  • Physical Health: Guests must be able to sit with bent knees for sled tours.
  • Dietary Needs: Please inform us of allergies at the time of booking.
