Welcome to Stockholm – the cultural, media, political, and economic centre of Sweden!

On Sweden’s South-central East coast, where the freshwater Lake Malaren — Sweden’s third largest lake — flows out into the Baltic Sea – there you find Stockholm!
Daylight varies widely from more than 18 hours around midsummer, to only around 6 hours in late December all due to the city’s high northerly latitude. The best and warmest time to visit Stockholm is from end May till mid Sepetember but all the seasons have their own offerings for the visitors.
