1. Redemption The Orient Tours Gift Card is redeemable only for travel services, tour packages, and transportation booked directly through Orient Tours. It cannot be applied to third-party services or external bookings not managed by our agency.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable This card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. It cannot be resold or transferred for value to a third party once issued.

3. Validity Period The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue (or the requested activation date). Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be extended or reinstated.

4. Partial Use If the booking cost is less than the card value, the remaining balance will stay on account for future use until the original expiry date. If the booking exceeds the card value, the difference must be paid by the cardholder at the time of booking.

5. Booking & Availability All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance, especially for peak season tours. The standard cancellation and modification policies of Orient Tours apply to all bookings made using this card.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards Orient Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. The unique redemption code is required for all transactions; please treat it with the same care as cash.

7. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

8. Data Protection (GDPR) By purchasing or using the gift card, you acknowledge that Orient Tours will process personal data (such as name and email) solely for the purpose of card administration and booking fulfillment.
